The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is one of the most important ministries that plays a pivotal role in the program of the guests of Rahman, as it is entrusted with serving pilgrims and Umrah performers to the fullest and to play the role of modern religious tourism in its application in the Kingdom, and the Kingdom has approved among the transformation programs to increase the number of pilgrims and Umrah performers significantly, it is worth noting that the ministry deals with many relevant parties, both internal and external (inside the Kingdom – outside the Kingdom)
The main objective of the project is to the establishment of the Enterprise Structure Office in the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, includes the following aspects:
Processes and procedures
Human resources
Technology and infrastructure, including: data – core and supporting applications – information security – data center

Establishment of the institutional structure office at the ministry.
Disseminating the methodology and raising the level of knowledge and awareness about the concept of enterprise architecture.
Preparation for the second phase of the organizational structure – under the responsibility of the Deputy Minister
